A little info about me …

I believe that yoga allows for a true connection between mind and body, and enables you to achieve balance in a chaotic world. I’m a Yoga Works certified 500-RYT. I’ve also received my certification in Yoga for Athletes through the Mukti School with Julie Rader. My classes are challenging but very rewarding with a strong focus on linking breath with movement. I like to have fun and not take myself too seriously, and that’s how I believe yoga should be: fun, enjoyable, and in a format that can be easily accessed by all levels, body types, and at any age.

I love food and experimenting with new recipes, and I’m a staunch supporter of local, responsibly sourced organic food. As well as being a teacher, I am also a runner, a mother of two, founder of the RunReeseRun Foundation, and lifelong student who believes that there is always something to learn. I truly believe that life should be lived to the fullest with a smile on your face.
